Hayden joined the family business five years ago, just as it was starting to gain momentum. Hayden began his journey within the business as an installer of passive fire protection products, quickly immersed himself in the intricacies of the industry, Hayden progressed and achieved his Level 3 and 4 certifications.

In March 2024 SimplyFire expanded its footprint and opened its First Dedicated Passive Fire Branch and being the right person for the role Hayden progressed and he now embraces his new role based in Tauranga, where he oversees projects and SimplyFire interests in the Bay of Plenty. Hayden is passionate and committed about ensuring compliance standards are reached, meeting timelines for clients, and fostering great team performance, as he believes these fundamentals are crucial to SimplyFire success and reputation in the wider Bay of Plenty region.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Hayden loves to stay active at the gym and fishing in the summer, and there’s no better place in New Zealand to achieve this than residing in the Bay of Plenty.
